Accommodations Rooms and rates are for one or two guests. Rooms can accommodate two persons maximum.
Reservations and payment A deposit of one night’s stay is required to hold a reservation. Third party reservations are not accepted. Payments can be made via PayPal with your debit card at www.PayPal.com. Simply click on the "Send Money" tab and follow the instructions to send money to email address

Check-in time Check in is between 3:30 and 9:30 p.m. by appointment. Check-out is 11:00 a.m.
Length of stay Maximum stay is one month.
Cancellations Cancellations must be made two weeks in advance of arrival date. Cancellations made less than two weeks (14 days) before arrival date will result in a charge of two night's stay. No-shows will be billed for the booked reservation.
Smoking Policy The Hartman House is a 100% non-smoking accommodation. We request that our guests refrain from smoking anywhere on the property. The historic nature of our inn prohibits the use of candles, matches, incense or combustible materials.
Pets We love pets, but are unable to provide for them here due to many guests with allergies. If you are traveling with your furry family, we can give referrals for pet accommodations nearby.
Note: Checks should be made out to “The Hartman House.” County hotel tax of 10% is charged for all reservations of 30 days or less. |
